1. Overview
Next Step Marketings provides digital marketing and lead generation services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Setup Fees
Any setup fees (including but not limited to onboarding, funnel setup, account configuration, or ad account preparation) are non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon payment.
3. Monthly Services
For ongoing monthly services:
- Payments are billed in advance
- Once a billing period has commenced, no refunds are provided for that period
- You may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle
Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Performance & Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:
- Number of leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- Return on ad spend
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results alone, as marketing performance depends on factors outside our control.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
A refund may be considered if:
- We fail to deliver the agreed services entirely
- A clear billing error has occurred
Any approved refund will be processed at our discretion and may be partial, depending on work already completed.
6. Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not include:
- Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta
- Third-party software, subscriptions, or tools
These costs are paid directly to third parties and are outside our control.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose as required by law.
8. How to Request a Refund
